A. PABILI PO SHIPPING AND DELIVERY SERVICES:

 

1. Pabili Po delivers from Central Ohio to all US 50 States and Canada. The above map is an estimation of number of days once orders are shipped out of our warehouse.  
2. Orders are processed within 24-72 hours except during Christmas Day. Customers will get emails from Pabili Po confirming successful product ordering and once the order gets shipped out from Pabili Po.  Tracking number is included in the email.
3. Frozen Products are for Mainland USA deliveries only.  Depending on destination distance, frozen and refrigerated products will be placed either inside insulated boxes or insulated mailers with ice packs.
4. All orders within Mainland USA, over $49 and under 30 lbs will have Free Shipping.  All orders within Mainland USA under $49 will have a Flat Rate Shipping of $11.
5. For overweight orders, additional shipping costs will apply.
6. Additional charges may apply if packages are redirected, an incorrect address was provided, or is undeliverable.  Pabili Po is not responsible for shipping charges related to incorrect or missing information.
7. Pabili Po does not deliver to PO Boxes and APO addresses.
8. For International Deliveries, customers are responsible for importation duties.

 

B. Customer Product Complaints:

1. The objective of Pabili Po is to deliver quality products to its customers. In case the customer has complaints on products received, please email Pabili Po (support@pabili-po.com) within 48 hours of receiving or not receiving products. 
2. Pabili Po does not accept Returns and will work with customer to address issues immediately.

 

C. Others:

1. Food Items are tax-free. Non-Food items may be taxed (mostly from ATBP/Misc Category).
2. Please review each product label as presented in our product pictures to ensure that the ingredients and nutritional values are all right with you before consuming.
